The asset is for sale via Private Treaty, and therefore pre-emptive bids will be considered and our client reserves the right to accept any or indeed no bids. The property is held in a single-asset SPV, which is available to acquire via a share sale.
Tax / VAT
Prospective purchasers should satisfy themselves as to their ultimate tax liabilities.
